The email for everything — bug reports, corrections, feature requests, “the HMRC rule changed”, “your fee data is two weeks behind”, press, partnerships, complaints, anything:
It’s routed via Cloudflare Email Routing to a personal mailbox. I don’t add you to any list. There’s no auto-responder.
Bug reports — please include the calculator slug (the part after payoutmath.co.uk/), the exact inputs you used, and the wrong number. I can usually reproduce and fix within a day.
Corrections — point me at the source (HMRC page, platform fee page, etc.) and I’ll update the data file, redeploy, and add it to the changelog.
Feature requests — calculators I should build, edge cases I missed, things that confused you on a calc page. I won’t always say yes, but I always read.
