What we don’t collect
PayoutMath does not:
- Set any cookies
- Have user accounts or sign-ups
- Run advertising or third-party trackers
- Sell, share, or monetise visitor data
- Use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar
What is collected
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first analytics service that does not use cookies and does not track individual visitors. It gives the site owner aggregate statistics — total page views, top pages, country-level traffic, referring sites — and nothing more. Cloudflare does not retain or sell visitor-level data.
When you load any page, your browser also makes a request to Cloudflare’s servers (which serve this site). Cloudflare temporarily logs the request, including your IP address, as part of normal web hosting and DDoS protection. These logs are kept for a short period and then deleted. We do not have access to these logs.
That’s it.
Calculator inputs
Every calculator on this site runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter — your income, expenses, tax band, etc. — never leave your device. Nothing is sent to any server, and nothing is stored anywhere we can see.
If you reload the page, your inputs reset. We deliberately do not save them, even locally, to keep the privacy promise simple.
Outbound links
Calculator pages link to:
- Official source pages (HMRC, GOV.UK, platform fee documentation) — these are needed for trust and so you can verify the maths
- Related calculators on this site
- In future, affiliate offers (clearly labelled “affiliate disclosure” — earning a small commission if you sign up costs you nothing extra)
If you click an outbound link, the destination site has its own privacy policy and may set its own cookies. We have no control over what happens after you leave PayoutMath.
If you email hello@payoutmath.co.uk, your email is delivered via Cloudflare Email Routing to a personal mailbox. We don’t add you to any list, and there is no list to be added to.
Children
This site contains tax and financial information aimed at adults. We don’t knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children. Some calculators (e.g. OnlyFans tax) cover topics that aren’t appropriate for under-18s; that’s the only meaningful age consideration.
Changes
This policy may be updated occasionally — for example if we add new analytics or new third-party services. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Any change will be reasonably visible on the site.
